While everyone is an important part of the team at Two Small Men, the significance of Jason Mathie's position cannot be overstated. Based in Calgary, Jason is the operations manager for the entire company. That means supporting all 13 branches across Western Canada. It's an incredible amount of responsibility and Jason is more than up to the task.
Joining Two Small Men in 2022, Jason has spent his years with the company strengthening its operational performance, supporting growth and improving service standards. He comes from a background of 20 years spent in the rental car industry, working for companies like National Car Rental and Enterprise. It was in this line of work that he gained a knack for customer service, seasonal operations, and business management. He's since taken the strategies he learned there and applied them to the moving industry, where he is helping to continue and support the great reputation of Two Small Men.
