Jason Mathie is the Operations Manager at Two Small Men with Big Hearts, based in Calgary, where he supports branch managers and oversees operations across 13 locations throughout Western Canada. Since joining the company in 2022, Jason has played a key role in strengthening operational performance, improving service standards, and supporting the company’s continued growth.
Before entering the moving industry, Jason spent nearly two decades in the rental car sector with National Car Rental and Enterprise, building extensive experience in customer service, seasonal operations, and business management. That background now informs his approach to the moving business, where he focuses on adapting proven strategies from the travel and hospitality industries to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
Working closely with Director of Operations Andrew Giguere, Jason helps guide branch managers, resolve operational challenges, and support initiatives such as performance-based raises, leadership development, and new technology rollouts.
