We offer professional packing services, detailed inventory lists and photographs, and secure storage. We use floor runners, furniture pads, and can provide professional-grade mattress bags and wardrobe boxes to ensure a seamless moving experience. Rapid Response
We’ll train our moving concierge on the specifications of your client’s bookings. We’ll provide a landing page, white-labeled with your branding, that you can distribute to your clients so they can book their move directly from our website. We’ll establish a distribution list for you and your team (yourcompany@inmotion.dfmdemos.com). With one email, you’ll reach your Two Small Men Team: your personal Account Manager, a Senior Ops Leader, and our Billing clerk. We’ll also provide you with the cell phone number of your Account Manager so you can reach them by phone, text, or email during the day, evening, or weekend. After-Service Management

We’ll do everything we can to prevent a claim, but in the rare case a claim occurs, you can rely on our dedicated After-Service Manager. We have developed a claims process called the 2-10-30 guarantee:
Customer contacted no later than 2 days after incident

An agreed remedy to close claim within 10 days of incident
: Swift resolution of claims to minimize inconvenience.
