Jim Malloch is one of the most experienced members of the moving team in Vancouver. In his role with Two Small Men with Big Hearts, he strives in consistency and attention to detail. Hailing originally from Angus, Jim has now lived in Vancouver long enough to have formed a deep understanding of the area and how to navigate it.
He's a firm believer in the company's proven customer-centric system and he adheres especially to the “10 Musts” process, which he encourages all new Two Small Men employees to learn. Like many other branches throughout Canada, Vancouver is most busy in the summer months, which is when Jim pays extra attention to keeping his crew safe, hydrated and prepared. Because after so many years spent as a mover, Jim knows that team work makes every move easier.
