Partnership stories this team member has been involved in
After 40 years in transportation, Jeff brought his experience to Two Small Men with Big Hearts and now leads operations across Vancouver, Victoria, and Nanaimo. Day to day, he coordinates three branches to ensure crews roll out on time, follow safety protocols, and use proven processes for every move. He oversees trucks and supplies, keeps maintenance tight, and stays close to customers to confirm details before move day. A lifelong Lower Mainland local, Jeff’s deep knowledge of the area helps him problem-solve routes and logistics quickly.
Community work is a big part of why Jeff joined Two Small Men. He serves on our Community Committee and has a long history of volunteering—running and coaching with Special Olympics Richmond, serving on the boards of the Richmond and BC Soccer Associations, founding the Cures for Kids Foundation, and even serving as a school board trustee. He’s proud of the moves we do for families leaving crisis situations, where getting people safely into new homes matters most.
