Lyndsy Richard is the Dispatch Manager for our moving company in Calgary. On a day to day basis she manages daily operations, supports the movers, and ensures customers in the Calgary area get the best service possible.
Lyndsy joined the Two Small Men with Big Hearts after a 15-year career in food and beverage management with the Calgary Flames. Her past experience has brought strong leadership, organization, and team-focused experience to her role.
Lyndsy started part-time in the Calgary office but quickly advanced to assistant dispatcher. Today, she coordinates multiple moving trucks, manages the schedule of our movers in Calgary and enforces safety, hours-of-service standards, and proactively resolves challenges before they impact our movers or our customers. Lyndsy prides herself on her hands-on leadership style, this includes direct involvement in checking the moving trucks and helping out with the moves when needed.
One thing Lyndsy is passionate about is fostering strong communication between departments and building a culture rooted in teamwork and reliability. Her adaptability, operational expertise, and dedication to supporting both crews and customers embody the professionalism and “big hearts” spirit that define Two Small Men in Calgary.
