Michael Leaburn is the Dispatch Manager for the Two Small Men team of experienced movers in Red Deer. This is a very important position for the local moving teams. In his role, Michael is responsible for the execution of daily operations across central Alberta. Before joining Two Small Men, he worked as truck driver and carpenter in Edmonton as well as on the oil fields. It all amounts to lots of hands-on experience that was easily transferable when he started working for Two Small Men.
On a daily basis, Michael manages scheduling, sales, payroll, customer communication, and long-haul logistics. Even though he's swamped for much of the year, he still makes time to find ways for the team to give back to the community.
