One piece of advice you would give to a new mover?
The key to a successful move is a good attitude. Greet the customer with a smile. Show them you're happy to be there and ready to take the stress off their shoulders. Engage with your co-workers to build meaningful friendships and make each move site a place that you want to work.

One of the ways you keep morale up in the summer?
I personally like to show the movers that I am looking out for them. This can be anything from showing up to a job site with doughnuts and cold Ice Capps, to leaving a case of Gatorade under the seat, or even just popping by to lend a hand on a rough day so the job doesn't feel so daunting.
Notable moving memory?
The move that stuck with me longer than any other would have to be an author I moved from Richmond to Penticton. She filled almost the entire truck with nothing but heavy boxes of books and large bookshelves. Her apartment was on the 4th floor at the end of the hall, our truck was at least 30 ft from the front door of the building, and the dolly we had with us had a flat tire. Whenever I have a rough day moving I remind myself that if I could deal with that I can deal with any move.
