Hailing from Winnipeg, Addison started his Two Small Men journey in 2011 when, at the ripe age of 21, he joined his friend's Edmonton franchise. Still a student at the University of Winnipeg at the time, Addison got a hands-on introduction to moving which would form the foundation of his future leadership of the company.
Eyeing expansion, Addison acquired additional Two Small Men franchises before purchasing the franchisor itself, which introduced a national strategy to the brand. Today the company operates throughout Canada and helps thousands of customers move every year.
