Elizabeth Close is one of the friendly sales people you'll get on the line when you contact Two Small Men ahead of your move. Her naturally friendly demeanour makes her perfectly suited to helping customers take the stress out of moving.
Elizabeth is based in Sechelt, British Columbia which is just north of Vancouver. As part of Two Small Men's commitment to flexibility for its employees, Elizabeth works remotely. She joined the company in 2022 after spending 5 years in sales with 1-800-GOT-JUNK? where much of her experience in customer service was shaped. Shifting over to the moving industry was a natural transition for her.
Elizabeth comes from a background in English literature from the University of Calgary. She is also very well-travelled, having lived in multiple locations across Canada and visiting more than 50 countries over the years.
Elizabeth Close is a Sales Agent at Two Small Men with Big Hearts, bringing a people-first approach to every customer interaction. Before joining the company in 2022, Elizabeth spent nearly five years in sales with 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, where she developed a strong foundation in customer service and solution-based selling. That experience naturally transitioned into the moving industry, where she focuses on guiding customers through a stressful relocation process. With a background in English literature from the University of Calgary, she brings strong communication skills and a thoughtful, empathetic approach to her role.
Having lived across Canada and traveled to more than 50 countries, Elizabeth brings a global perspective and open-mindedness to her work. She approaches every customer with understanding and without assumptions, aiming to make each move as smooth and positive as possible. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her labradoodle, Juniper, who rarely leaves her side.
