Very kind people at the office when I called to book. They called me twice to clarify something for me and I felt like details were important to them. The two young gentleman who helped me move where very respectful and efficient.

This was the first time that I hired movers. I have always done things myself and have heard so many negative or daunting things about movers in general. I did a bit of research and took the risk and hired Two Small Men With Big Hearts. From the VERY first interaction with Larissa the coordinator, to the end of the move was above and beyond. My quote was reasonable at the time for what I needed moved. THEN I ended up breaking my leg and did not get a change to move as many things myself as I had planned (so there was more stuff than we had planned for). Not only did the coordinator empathize and understand, the movers, headed by Keven Latendresse, and assisted by Kalmin and Daniel, were exceptional. They were on time, communicated extremely well, updated me, were absolutely respectful of me and my property. And the above and beyond, where do I begin... well for ONE small example even with my gym equipment all they had to do was unload it into the garage. I was pleasantly surprised and actually touched that they even arranged my weights from lightest to heaviest on my weight bench for me. To me it is not only the big things - those are mandatory - but more so the small things - the things that are extra touches, that make a company, person, team, exceptional. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for value, safety, trustworthiness, promptness, honestly, and integrity. They did more than what I signed up for, without a word of complaint. I did not get charged extra although they could have and it would have been indicated and rational. These people are awesome, and I had a better than expected experience 100%. Thank you for changing my perspective on moving companies!

We had Tony and Kyle move our belongings out of a storage box in Coquitlam to a 3 story townhouse in Cloverdale. They were awesome! Very quick and professional! The entire thing took just under 3 hours and in 28 degree weather. I would highly recommend them!

Very organized and capable, aware of seniors in halls and not crowding the space but careful of people and furniture-connor and brady are very likeable and considerate
