Phil Ross

Phil Ross is the Dispatch and Branch Manager for Two Small Men with Big Hearts in Prince George. Originally from Barrie, Philip brings years of hands-on moving industry experience to the role, including previous work with North American Van Lines and other long-distance moving operations across Eastern Canada. After spending time in Winnipeg, he eventually made his way west and has now spent the past two years building both his career and his life in northern British Columbia.

Known for his detail-oriented approach and strong work ethic, Philip specializes in long-haul moving, careful truck loading, and reducing damage claims through proper padding and secure packing techniques. He believes taking extra time to protect customers’ belongings leads to a better overall moving experience, and he is passionate about passing those skills on to newer movers across the company. At Two Small Men with Big Hearts, Philip is focused on helping crews develop safer, more efficient loading practices while continuing to provide dependable service throughout Prince George and beyond.
