Her advice to new movers is simple: be willing to listen and learn. Experience helps, but doing things the Two Small Men way, with a focus on professionalism and customer care, is what sets great movers apart.

In the summer, Cathy keeps morale high by taking care of her team, handing out cold Gatorade, water, and freezies on hot days, and organizing weekly Slurpee runs to reward their hard work. She believes small gestures build strong teams.

The most rewarding part of the job for her is participating in donated moves. Seeing the impact on people in need and the smiles it creates is a powerful reminder of why the work matters.
